I highly recommend this apartment to everyone with confidence.
First, the host is really gentle, responsive to our requests, and has very good communication skills.
I was with my family, and myself and wife are really touched by the host’s warm hospitality. (Dear host, Really thank you for making good memories.)
Second, its location is just nothing to say. Very close to the Place Massena, just walking in 2-3 minutes.
Lastly, as for the apartment itself, this is everything-equipped and very quiet at night.
Considering the price, I guess this appartement will be the best for everyone. 😀
FYI, I just noticed from the host that paid parking on the street is open to be free from Saturday 8 PM to Monday 9 AM.
If you are planning to drive your car to Nice, don’t waste your money at a commercial lot on Saturday night and Sunday. (We also could save our money!)

Je recommande vivement cet appartement à tout le monde en toute confiance.
Tout d’abord, l’hôte est vraiment gentil, réactif à nos demandes et possède de très bonnes compétences en communication.
J’étais avec ma famille et moi-même et ma femme sommes vraiment touchés par la chaleureuse hospitalité de l’hôte. (Cher hôte, Vraiment merci d’avoir créé de si bons souvenirs.)
Deuxièmement, son emplacement est tout simplement rien à dire. Très proche de la Place Masséna, à pied en 2-3 minutes.
Enfin, quant à l’appartement lui-même, celui-ci est tout équipé et très calme la nuit.
Vu le prix, je suppose que cet appartement sera le meilleur pour tout le monde. 😀
Pour votre information, l’hôte m’a indiqué que le stationnement payant dans la rue est ouvert pour être gratuit du samedi 20h00 au lundi 9h00.
Si vous prévoyez de conduire votre voiture à Nice, ne gaspillez pas votre argent dans un parking commercial le samedi soir et le dimanche. (Nous avons également économisé notre argent !) »
