Gilles’s attentiveness, responsiveness and respect for his guests is very clear. He has gone out of his way to think of every detail to make the apartment clean, comfortable, practical, and with every necessary amenity and instruction to make a visitor in Nice feel welcome. He was always immediately responsive and available by email or text, punctual to greet us and see us out, and helpful to resolve any issues or point us in the right direction in Nice. The apartment is very well maintained, with modern amenities and very functional. The location is also very good, not being in the noisy part of the historic center, yet close enough to walk. The location is also a short walk away to the beach, pedestrian streets, and feels very safe.
