一人旅であれ、二人旅であれ、ここはとってもおススメです! 家自体すごく綺麗で、設備も完璧だし、聞きたいことがあればホストがいつでも応えてくれます。 家の設備や近所のおススメスポット、公共の交通手段等の資料も全てクリアファイルにまとめてくれていて、とても助かりました! ビーチ、旧街、ショッピングエリアも全て徒歩10分範囲です。近くの公園には夜ライトアップされる噴水もあります。 またニースに来ることがあれば絶対またここを利用したいと思います!

Le 10 was everything that I had hoped for and so much more.

The facilities were impeccable (coffee machine, laundry, dish washer, microwave, hair dryer, instant hot shower, etc.!), location was super convenient, and Gilles was such a hospitable host from the beginning till the end.

He was kind enough to meet me in person when I arrived at 9pm to go through the details of the apartment and even explain about the neighborhood, which he had also compiled into neat clear files so I had something to look at in case I had forgotten the information.

I can’t recommended this place enough – I will definitely book this place the next time I’m in Nice! 🙂
