The apartment is excellent, great position, handy to transport and shops.

Anyone who intends to spend time in Nice, this apartment is the ideal place to stay.

Gilles the owner, is very accommodating and goes out of his way to make your stay perfect.

It is ideally situated within the town.

Very close to the Old Town, the main shopping centre, the beach and transport.

Within 200 to 300 m there is a supermarket, bakery and mixed business selling small goods and fruit.

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and giving it the 5 star rating.
